For admin or marketing help who do not hold a real-estate license.
Steps:
Confirm UL scope → clerical, scheduling, marketing materials without specific property discussion.
Draft role description → clearly list only TREC-approved non-licensed activities.
Sign confidentiality + comp agreement → payroll/W-9, no commissions allowed.
Train on boundaries → cannot cold-call, show homes, or discuss contract terms.
Register with your brokerage HR (not TREC; no license required).
